I’m new to Reformer Pilates. Can I still come?
Yes! Our sessions are designed to be welcoming and accessible, even if you’ve never tried Pilates before. We recommend starting with an EVOLVE Foundation or Restore class. But if you’re feeling a little nervous, a 1:1 is a great way to start.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Life happens! You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance and get your credit back for future use. This also gives us time to offer your space to someone on the waitlist. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear something that you feel comfortable in, with a bit of stretch. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene; you’re welcome to bring your own, or purchase a pair in the studio. Don’t forget a water bottle – we’ve got a hydration station for top-ups.
What facilities do your studios have?
Both locations offer free parking, toilet facilities, and filtered water stations. Our Long Compton studio also has a client waiting area.
How early should I arrive?
Arriving 5 minutes before class is perfect. That gives you time to settle in, chat to your teacher if needed, and get comfy on the Reformer.
What if I’m running late?
We get that delays happen! If you arrive during warm-up, you’re welcome to join – just enter quietly to minimise disruption. If you arrive after the warm-up, we may have to turn you away, as joining late could be unsafe.
How many clients do you have in a group setting?
Our Long Compton studio caters for small group classes, and we only ever have 6 clients max. Offering expert-led sessions with a personalised approach is very important to us.
What’s the difference between the classes?
Each class has a different focus – some are more strength-based, others include jumpboard cardio or deep stretching. You’ll find full class description here (hyperlink to services page). Still unsure? Just drop us a message and we’ll help you find the right class for you.
When can I book a class?
You can book up to 2 months in advance via our app/website. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist – you’ll be notified if a space becomes available.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! New clients can enjoy our 2 for 1 welcome offer., and we offer savings on class passes to reward consistency. We’re also launching memberships soon, which will be the most cost-effective way to get your Reformer fix!
Do class passes expire?
Yes – each pass is valid for a set period from the date of purchase. You’ll find all the expiry details on our pricing page (hyperlink to pricing).
I’m pregnant – can I still join in?
We’d love to support you during this special time. Siân specialises in pre and postnatal Pilates, and Laura is prenatal qualified, so please only book into their classes. Before attending, please contact us so we can advise on the best class for you.
I’ve just had a baby – what’s best for me?
Congratulations! If you’ve been cleared by your GP and your recovery is going well, our beginner-friendly classes are a great way to rebuild your core and overall strength. If things feel more complicated, just get in touch – we’ll be happy to guide you.
Can I bring along a friend?
Of course! Just make sure they’ve booked in too, as spaces are limited and classes often fill up. Every new client will need to complete a health screening before their first visit.
Is there an age limit for classes?
Yes – clients must be 18 or older to attend. This ensures we’re appropriately covered from both an insurance and safeguarding perspective.
Can I book a private session or group event?
Absolutely – we offer 1:1, 2:1, and small group options – perfect to enjoy with friends, or celebrate a special occasion. Please get in touch with us to enquire!
